Internet Censorship Of China, South Africa And Other...
Internet censorship in China, South Africa and other countries is something that prohibits real discussion from taking place regarding issues that affect the public. For instance, in China, certain key word searches are automatically filtered out so that users cannot find the information they are seeking. While Internet censorship may be good from one perspective (in terms of stemming the flow of child pornography, curbing false information, or putting a nationââ¬â¢s interests first), it can be viewed as bad from another perspective (in terms of cutting down on the opportunity to inform sides of a dialogue, promoting free exchange of ideas, or discussing why one form of pornography is allowed but not another). This paper will show why Internet censorship can be interpreted in both positive and negative ways depending on the perspective that one adopts (whether one is pro-Statist or anti-Statist). In short, pros and cons depend wholly upon oneââ¬â¢s worldview and outlook. Th e first pro may be, as Lorentzen (2014) notes, that ââ¬Å"a partial censorship strategyâ⬠is an effective way for governments to control the levels of discontent in their respective countries (p. 405). Lorentzen (2014) observes that this is a model that could be applied in China as it attempts to control its Internet content, though he argues that all nations could utilize it, ââ¬Å"permitting half of the discontent to be reported when discontent is high and all of the discontent to be reported when discontent isShow MoreRelatedCensorship Will Always Interfere With Freedom Of Speech1396 Words à |à 6 Pages Censorship will always interfere with freedom of speech. Analysis Of The Movie Dope - 1730 Words
I recently watched the Netflix movie, Dope, a coming-of-age movie that doubles as a parody and a dedication to the 1990s-vintage ghetto generation. Malcolm and his friends Jib and Diggy are nerdy high school seniors who bond over anything ââ¬Ë90s related, play music together in their punk band, and have grown up together in ââ¬Å"The Bottoms,â⬠in Inglewood, California. Malcolm was trying to escape a gang one day when he had an encounter with a neighborhood drug dealer named Dom. Dom ended up invited him to his birthday party, and with hesitation, Malcolm and his friends decide to go. After an eventful night, Malcolm and his friends later discover that Dom had stashed a handgun and a large amount of drugs in his backpack to hide it from the police who raided the party. The rest of the movie plays out into a war over the drugs that Malcolm accidentally possessed. Malcolm ends up selling the drugs and promises Domââ¬â¢s prominent supplier, who was also coincidentally Malcol mââ¬â¢s college interviewer, the profits made from the drugs. Malcolm makes this deal with him only as long as he helps Malcolm achieve his goal of getting into Harvard. Malcolm ends up setting up the supplier with the police while still getting into Harvard and finally being able to get out of the hood. In terms of black masculinity, Malcolm counteracts the hyper-aggressive stereotypes that some have in their head about young African-American men. Don Quixote Essay Free Essays
Sue Kim 29 October 2012 Honors Literature Don Quixote Essay ââ¬Å"With these word and phrases the poor gentleman lost his mind,â⬠(Cervantes 20). In the beginning of Don Quixote, the reader is introduced to a man engulfed in chivalric books, who soon loses his mind in the stories of knighthood. Don Quixote is labeled as an insane man by the narrator who soon proves this statement through Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s delusions and eccentric behaviors. We will write a custom essay sample on Don Quixote Essay or any similar topic only for you Order Now As the narrator describes the delusions, the narratorââ¬â¢s tone is overly mocking towards Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s delusional acts. However, ignoring the narratorââ¬â¢s mocking tone, Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s foolish acts can be judged reasonable by comparing Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s delusions to the actual situation. In Cervantesââ¬â¢ Don Quixote, Don Quixote is portrayed as a delusional person with a tendency of expressing eccentric behaviors; however, Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s delusions can be judged reasonable if the audience looks at the acts of Don Quixote as a childish and immature approach to regarding things in life. There are three types of delusions and eccentric behaviors shown by Don Quixote that can be seen as reasonable: delusions and eccentric behaviors connected with concrete objects, coincidental situations, and in situations where Don Quixote admits his madness and tries to explain his own supposed madness. The most commonly mentioned scene of Don Quixote is when Don Quixote has delusions about windmills being giants. Delusions and eccentric behaviors connected with concrete objects happen as Don Quixote sees some concrete objects as slightly different objects. This pattern is seen when Don Quixote interprets windmills as giants. ââ¬Å"thirty or forty of the windmills [â⬠¦] thirty or more enormous giantsâ⬠(Cervantes 58). The audience may perceive Don Quixote as insane because he confuses two similar objects. The massive windmillsââ¬â¢ blades are similar to the massive giantsââ¬â¢ arms and the trunk of the windmill is similar to a giantsââ¬â¢ body. Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s childish actions are analogous to those of a child identifying a beautiful woman in an elegant dress as a princess. An image of a giant is conjured when thinking of a windmill because they are so similar in appearance; therefore, an image of a princess can be conjured when seeing a beautiful woman and dress. Don Quixote also perceives a barberââ¬â¢s basin to be a helmet. ââ¬Å"Do you know what I imagine Sancho? This famous piece of the enchanted helmet [â⬠¦] resembles a barberââ¬â¢s basin as you say,â⬠(Cervantes 155). To turn a basin upside down creates an object similar to a helmet. The reader can compare Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s ridiculous actions to the behavior of children as they have swordfights with sticks. Don Quixote, seemingly childish and naive, can nonetheless be judged reasonable because in both the windmill scene and the basin scene, the two objects being compared had similar qualities and were seen from a childish perspective. Don Quixote also had delusions on fortuitous situations. Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s delusional behaviors on coincidental situations can be judged reasonable because they are spontaneous. The delusions of Don Quixote are similar to the delusions that ââ¬Å"normalâ⬠people would have. Well, [the cloud of dust] conceals a vast army, composed of innumerable and diverse peoples, which is marching toward us,â⬠(Cervantes 126). A cloud of dust could hide anything from a small pin to a immense army. Therefore, it is reasonable for Don Quixote to believe a vast army is hidden inside the cloud of dust and rampage into the cloud of dust. Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s belief on the cloud of dust can be related to the actions of a child as he or she imagines there is a mon ster underneath their bed. In both situations, Don Quixote and the child are afraid of the unknown hidden from their view. A comparable situation happens as Don Quixote faces with two friars and a carriage on one path and has the delusion that the friars are kidnapping a princess in the carriage. ââ¬Å"You wicked and monstrous creatures, instantly unhand the noble princesses you hold captive in that carriage, or else prepare to receive a swift death as just punishment for your evil deedsâ⬠(Cervantes 62). Don Quixote can be judged reasonable because his immature, quick assumptions correspond with those of a child as he or she immediately assumes a punishment when their full name is called. A normal adult may not have attacked the friars, but a man with a childish mind would have shown eccentric behavior like Don Quixote. All of these delusions are acceptable if they are pursued to imitate oneââ¬â¢s role model. Madness can be conceived if a personââ¬â¢s role model is also considered insane. Don Quixote explains about his insanity as, ââ¬Å"In the same manner, Amadis was the polestar the morning star, [â⬠¦] the one who should be imitated by all of us who serve under the banner of love and chivalry. This being true, [â⬠¦] that the knight errant who most closely imitates Amadis will be closest to attaining chivalric perfectionâ⬠(Cervantes 193). Don Quixote realizes that people call him insane; thereupon, he explains that he is merely following in the footsteps of his role model, Amadis. Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s guilelessness relates to those of a child as he or she looks up to his or her role model as the child grows up. A related situation happens in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. ââ¬Å"Said Gawain to the king, ââ¬ËIf you would, noble lord, Bid me rise from my seat and stand at your side, [â⬠¦] And I have asked you for it first, it should fall to meâ⬠(Pearl Poet 246). Gawain is upraising his uncle, King Arthur. Gawainââ¬â¢s honor for King Arthur allows him to imitate King Arthur by asking for the task of beheading the Green Knight. All of Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s actions can be assimilated as childish. If Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s actions were perceived plainly as childish and immature thought process, the readers can acquire a different definition of chivalry and knighthood from Don Quixote. Chivalry and knighthood is known to be for those that are loyal and brave. However, if Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s chivalric, but ridiculous actions were plainly childish actions, chivalry becomes the dream of young children. Chivalry becomes an immature game played by children. Knights would not be the symbol of courage, but the symbol of playfulness and being silly. With Don Quixoteââ¬â¢s childish perception towards chivalry and knighthood, the readers can acquire a new sense of what loyalty and courage are. Citations * Cervantes, Miguel De. Don Quixote. He had his initial OLT for Primary sclerosing cholangitis secondary to auto-immune hepatitis preformed 5 days previously and required and urgent re-do transplant due to Hepatic vein thrombosis not responsive to conservative treatment. Prior to his re-do transplant he had required CRRT due to acute kidney injury(AKI) related to large blood loss of 2. 5litre due to coagulopathy related to liver failure. We will write a custom essay sample on Nursing Care of Crrt Hyovolemia or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page He was currently receiving CRRT. Frank has a past medical history of auto immune hepatitis, Ulcerative colitis (total colectomy with ileostomy formation in 08 with recurrent adhesions, stomal varices, osteoporosis, Left bundle branch block (Asymptomatic). He is a single man with both his elderly parents NOK. He was unable to work due to long term illness and lives with his parents 10miles away from the hospital. Autoimmune hepatitis is a chronic hepatitis characterised by auto immune features, generally including the presence of circulating autoantibodies and a high serum globulin concentration (Krawitt 2006). This results in the body initialling in error an immune response to the liver cells and causing inflammation damage and death of the liver cells. Primary sclerosing cholangitis is the inflammation, scarring and death of the bile ducts. Ulcerative colitis is one of the risk factors Hepatic artery thrombosis occurs in estimated 2. 5% of liver transplants with aprox 50% requiring retransplantation(Stange et al 2003). It was in franks case diagnosed following routine ultrasound of liver ducts and Doppler to assess blood flow from the hepatic arteries. ARF in liver disease is common and can occur due to renal hypo perfusion or increased renal vascular resistance. (Betrosian et al 2007) and occurs in aproximatley 23% of chronic liver failure patients (Agarwal et al 2009) ASSESMENT Frank has a GCS of 9/15. He had previously been on sedation and analgesia. But was currently having a sedation vacation as recommended by kress et al (2000). He was eye opening to pain and obeying commands. Richmond agitation score(RASS) was -2 light sedation. On respiratory assessment Frank was intubated and ventilated on Pressure support ventilation (PSV)requiring minimal support of PS 8 PEEP 5 fio2 . 24. ABG supported adequate ventilation and oxygenation. Respiratory rate 16 regularly work of breathing was normal and relaxed. Lung fields clear on auscultation. Productive cough on suctioning aseptically using size 12 (Pederson et al) Cuff inflated at 30cmh2 (Stewart et al) with Achieving adequate tidal volumes of 6mls per Kg as recommended by ARDs net 2000. . Frank was maintaining a mean arterial pressure of 68mmg on 28 mc/hr. f Noradrenaline which was administered through a dedicate lumen of a central line and labelled accordingly. The MAP of 65mgh was identified patient parameter as recommended by le Doux as cited in Delinger et al 2009 to ensure adequate perfusion of the vital organs including renal perfusion. Alarms were set within patients parameters. Pulmonary artery flotation catheter was in situ with systolic 21mmgh, diastolic 9mmgh MAP 13 svo2 76% and estimated cardiac output 8. 8 wedge pressure of 6 mmgh as performed by intensives. Central venous pressure of 3mmgh. Lines were transduced a phlebosatic axis, pressure 300mmgh. PAFC secured at pillow sutures secure syringe deflated and locked measured as 60cm as checked with previous shift. Large bore rapid infuser remained in situ since surgey. On examination Frank had widespread peripheral oedema upper and lower extremities. Hypothermic. Left bundle branch block on ECG. HB 8. 0 pale peripherally to feet pulses present on Doppler related to alpha effect of Noradrenaline. Terlipressin QDS, 2. 5 litres renal no urine output post op had been on CRRT since the intra operative period. Exchange 30mls/kg/hr. heparin due to thrombosis Frank had a wide bore NGT on free drainage. He was not receiving enteral feeding as post biliary reconstruction and roux loop anastomosis of the biliary tree , Enteral feeding is not recommended in the first 48hrs post operatively to reduce the risk of biliary leakage at the anastomosis. (Welsh et al 2004) Stoma at ileostomy site was pink , protruding and functioning small amount of fluid. Abdomen was slightly distended firm to touch with transplant surgery site dressing dry and intact. On examination he had widespread peripheral oedema indicating third spacing. Periperal odema was asseseds by pushinf on bony prominence for 5 seconds . Odema is classified as mild-severe or +1-=4 (Kirton 1996)14 His oral mucosa was dry. His lactate was raised at 3 indicating lactic acidosis. Treatment of the problem was multifactorial and involves continuous communication with the multi-disciplinary team, Monitoring patient for response to treatment, and observing and treating side effects of condition and treatments. The use of CVP as an indicator of fluid status is debated. CVP is dependent on venous return to the heart, right ventricular compliance, peripheral venous tone and posture (Al Khalil and Webb 2004) some or all of these may be present in the vulnerable ICU population and as a result leave space for unreliability. There is little concrete evidence to support the use of CVP monitoring (Ahrens 2010) and current developments such as technologies to accurately measure stoke volume may be future everyday practice Franks jugular venous pressure was measured to estimate intravascular fluid volume. Not present. Moist mucous membranes, good skin turgor, and prompt capillary refill. Considering frank had received four units of RCC intra operatively and his haemoglobin was 8 as recommended by Hebert et al 1999) fluids were prescribed by the physician. 500mls of colloid fluid was prescribed. A continuous debate between the choices of fluid for fluid resuscitation exists . Colloid fluids contain large molecules than crystalloids and are argued that these large molecules poorly diffuse outside the vascular space thereby reducing the leakage of fluid to the extra vascular space and maintaining cardiac output for longer thereby reducing volume required for favourable result. Moranville et al 2010) However in a Meta-analysis of research of evidence of effect of crystalloid versus colloid fluids, there was no clear benefit of either on mortality (Alderson et al 2001). A safe study carried out in 2004 was a RCT of 6997 patient receiving either saline ( Crystalloid) or Albumin (Colloid)showed no difference in 28 day mortality in either group( Fifner et al 4004 ) . The fluid was administered to frank via central line using alcohol swabs to clean port when accessing lumens to reduce risk of line contamination. CDC guidelines 2009).

How to Write a Perfect Human Resources Cover Letter (Examples Included)
How to Write a Perfect Human Resources Cover Letter (Examples Included) applying for a human resources position can be kinda like having your parent as your teacher- you know youââ¬â¢re not going to get away with much, because they know your game. these professionals see the best and the worst of application packages, and it can be nerve-wracking to join that fray. but you shouldnââ¬â¢t see it as a daunting, close-your-eyes-and-jump kind of thing. rather, you should look at this as an opportunity to step up your game and impress someone who might very well spend his or her days wading through the good, the bad, and the ugly. first letââ¬â¢s start with the basics of a good cover letter.necessity #1: a personalized introductionhuman resources professionals are used to being the middleman when it comes to job applicants. theyââ¬â¢re reading your words, but those words are often intended for someone elseââ¬â¢s eyes (the hiring manager, a hiring committee, etc.). but if youââ¬â¢re applying to join an hr department, itââ¬â¢s possible that the person who reads your cover letter first is someone who will have significant input into whether or not you move on to the next level (or, even more importantly, whether you get the all-important offer). either way, donââ¬â¢t treat this person like an anonymous resume-reading robotâ⬠¦personalize the intro as much as you can. whether itââ¬â¢s an email (which can feel more informal) or an honest-to-goodness letter (on nice paper and everything), itââ¬â¢s nice to dispense with blah greetings like ââ¬Å"dear sir or madamâ⬠whenever possible.if you have a specific name from the job posting, great- use that. if you donââ¬â¢t have a specific name, you can do a little sleuthing to see if thereââ¬â¢s a human resources contact listed on the companyââ¬â¢s website. or you can even take the old-fashioned route and call the company on the dl to see who would be receiving your application package.itââ¬â¢s also important to use the right tone. definitely donââ¬â ¢t go too casual. the fact that youââ¬â¢re likely submitting these online, or writing an email, can lead to a false sense of shortcut familiarity. so even if youââ¬â¢re submitting your cover letter and resume digitally, treat the email like a regular letter.potential obstacle #1you have a name, but the gender is not clear. this one is sticky- you donââ¬â¢t want to risk alienating someone before you even get to the meat of your cover letter. in this case, better to go a little vaguely formal: dear mr./ms. works. it feels a little clunky, but thatââ¬â¢s better than missing the greeting entirely.potential obstacle #2à making social assumptions about the reader. ââ¬Å"mr.â⬠is pretty straightforward, and will likely be so forever. female salutations can be trickier, because you donââ¬â¢t want to make any assumptions about the reader. ââ¬Å"ms.â⬠is your safest option. calling someone ââ¬Å"missâ⬠or ââ¬Å"mrs.â⬠incorrectly isnââ¬â¢t the end of the world, but the most neutral option is the most professional option. elizabeth chung could be married, single, divorced, older, younger, from mars- it doesnââ¬â¢t matter a bit. ââ¬Å"ms. chungâ⬠covers all those options neatly.good salutation examples:dear mr. chung, dear mr./ms. chung, greetings mr. chung, bad salutation examples:terry, (too short/informal)greetings mr./ms. terry anderson (too formal)hello: (too impersonal)to whom it may concern: (too formal/too impersonal)you want your cover letter to seem professional, but approachable. the salutation helps set that tone. if you make it seem too much like an impersonal form letter, or the stiff letter of a person who is uncomfortable talking about this job application, you run the risk of not engaging the reader. and i think we all know what happens to application packages that donââ¬â¢t engage the reader. (spoiler alert: they donââ¬â¢t get read.)necessity #2: your elevator pitchbelieve it or not, cover letters have become controversial. personally, i disagree- and itââ¬â¢s a moot debate if a job description specifically asks you for a cover letter anyway. if youââ¬â¢re wavering on whether itââ¬â¢s actually necessary to do one, think of it is an opportunity to give the reader an elevator pitch about yourself. ideally, the reader will also be reviewing your resume, but your cover letter can be the eye contact and handshake that get the conversation started.potential obstacleyou donââ¬â¢t want to give away the farm, so to speak- the person will be reading your resume, so you donââ¬â¢t want to just summarize the same bullet points. instead, use 1-3 sentences as a narrative line for your resume/qualifications. you also donââ¬â¢t want to leave it too brief, conveying little information about you- otherwise, whatââ¬â¢s the point? itââ¬â¢s like saying, ââ¬Å"iââ¬â¢m forced to write a cover letter, so here you go.â⬠again, donââ¬â¢t miss an opportunity to talk a bout how you fit well with the company and the job description.good example:as a human resources professional with more than 8 years of experience in benefits management, i was thrilled to hear about your opening for a benefits coordinator. iââ¬â¢ve worked with companies of more than 500 employees (like vandelay industries), and i understand the organizational and communications challenges that can arise along the way. iââ¬â¢ve spent my career working to make those challenges into opportunities for better and more efficient communication throughout the company. i believe my highly developed skills in training and corporate communications would work very in the role of benefits coordinator.bad examples:i am applying for a job at vandelay industries. please see my attached resume, and let me know if you have any questions.basically, make sure that your cover letter has some of your big talking points, but donââ¬â¢t just rehash your resume. take the opportunity to set the narr ative.necessity #3: a strong finishalways have a closing that leaves room for follow-up. yes, the reader knows that they can email you with any questions, but itââ¬â¢s a conversational way to close out the letter and move the reader on to your resume.good closing example:i would love to have the opportunity to join your team, and look forward to hearing more about the benefits coordinator position. please let me know if you have any questions, or if thereââ¬â¢s any more information i can provide about my experience coordinating benefits.bad closing example:please let me know more about this job opening. thanks.in these examples, one writer reminds the reader that the writer is focused on this job and his or her qualifications for it. the other writer closes with the most generic close-out possible, and could apply to a job opening for a line cook or a podiatrist. you want to make sure youââ¬â¢re aligning yourself with the job in the readerââ¬â¢s mind, and this is your la st chance to do so before they read your resume.à necessity #4: keep it cleanlike with your resume, you want your cover letter to be clear and easy to read. that means:a standard font. this is not the time to test out ââ¬Å"funâ⬠fonts. pick something clean and basic, like times.no huge blocks of text. in a letter, unbroken paragraphs can look like the ramblings of a manifesto. you want your reader to see a series of separate, elegantly outlined points. short paragraphs, a few at most.short length. a cover letter should never be more than a page, and even a full page is definitely pushing it. brevity is the soul of wit, and the friend of application readers everywhere.good letter body example:as a human resources professional with more than 8 years of experience in benefits management, i was thrilled to hear about your opening for a benefits coordinator. iââ¬â¢ve worked with companies of more than 500 employees (like vandelay industries), and i understand the organization al and communications challenges that can arise along the way. iââ¬â¢ve spent my career working to make those challenges into opportunities for better and more efficient communication throughout the company. i believe my highly developed skills in training and corporate communications would work very in the role of benefits thereââ¬â¢s any more information i can provide about my experience coordinating benefits.bad letter body example:as a human resources professional with more than 8 years of experience in benefits in your application package, sorry. if you want to convey tone, youââ¬â¢ve got to do it the old-fashioned way: through your words.once youââ¬â¢ve got the body of the letter in shape, all thatââ¬â¢s left is the closing. like the salutation, you want to err on the side of f ormal, but friendly.good closing examples:best wishes, sincerely, bad examples:thanks. (brusque tone)fondest wishes, (too flowery)[name- no greeting] (too abrupt)call me, (too informal and oddly personal)and after that, youââ¬â¢re done! human resources professionals, maybe even more so than any other professionals, can appreciate a well-constructed cover letter. they also see a lot of them, so itââ¬â¢s important to get in, present your information in a clean, engaging way, and get out. you want them to remember you, not the person who sent the wacky/inappropriate/super-formal cover letter.letââ¬â¢s take a last look at the good example cover letter as a whole:dear mr. chung,as a human resources professional with more than 8 years of experience in benefits management, i was thrilled to hear about your opening for a benefits coordinator. iââ¬â¢ve worked with companies of more than 500 employees (like vandelay industries), and i understand the organizational and communications challenges that can arise along the way. iââ¬â¢ve spent my career working to make those challenges into opportunities for better and more efficient communication throughout the company. i believe my highly developed skills in training and corporate communications would work very in the role of benefits coordinator.i would love to have the opportunity to join your team, and look forward to hearing more about the benefits coordinator position. please let me know if you have any questions, or if thereââ¬â¢s any more information i can provide about my experience coordinating benefits.sincerely, barbara franklinthejobnetwork is your best spot to find the exact job hr you seek in your area. take a look at listings for the following jobs, or search for your own specific terms:human resources manager jobshuman resources assistant jobsstaffing specialist jobs

edgar allan poe :: essays research papers
American poet, a master of the horror tale, credited with practically inventing the detective story. Edgar Allan Poe was born on January 19, 1809 in Boston, Massachusetts, to parents who were itinerant actors. His father David Poe Jr. died probably in 1810 and his mother Elizabeth Hopkins Poe in 1811. Edgar was taken into the home of a Richmond merchant John Allan and brought up partly in England (1815-20), where he attended Manor School at Stoke Newington. Never legally adopted, Poe took Allan's name for his middle name. Poe attended the University of Virginia (1826), but was expelled for not paying his gambling debts. This led to a quarrel with Allan, who later disowned him. In 1827 Poe joined the U.S. Army as a common soldier under assumed name and age. In 1830 Poe entered West Point and was dishonorably discharged next year, for intentional neglect of his duties. Little is known about his life in this time, but in 1833 he lived in Baltimore with his father's sister. After winning a prize of $50 for the short story "MS Found in a Bottle," he started a career as a staff member of various magazines, among others the Southern Literary Messenger in Richmond (1835-37), Burton's Gentleman's Magazine in Philadelphia (1839-40), and Graham's Magazine (1842-43). During these years he wrote some of his best-known stories. In 1836 Poe married his 13-year-old cousin Virginia Clemm. She burst a blood vessel in 1842, and remained a virtual invalid until her death from tuberculosis five years later. After the death of his wife, Poe began to lose his struggle with drinking and drugs. He addressed the famous poem "Annabel Lee" (1849) to her. Poe's first collection, Tales of the Grotesque and Arabesque, appeared in 1840. It contained one of his most famous works, "The Fall of the House of Usher." During the early 1840s Poe's best-selling work was The Conchologist's First Book (1839). The dark poem of lost love, "The Raven," brought Poe national fame, when it appeared in 1845. The Murders in the Rue Morgue(1841) and The Purloined Letter are among Poe's most famous detective stories.

ââ¬ÅLord of the Fliesââ¬Â: Qualities of a Good Leader Essay
What qualities does it take to make a good leader? People have always pondered this question especially when electing leaders. They may say that a good leader should be charismatic, intelligent and perhaps good-natured. Their idea of good leadership qualities usually comes from books and movies. In Lord of the Flies there were many various leadership qualities exhibited by the boys, but how can one decide on a leader out of so many boys that would make the society work? Only a leader with the best of the boysââ¬â¢ character traits would have made the society work. For example, we can see that Ralph was logical, but lacked the ability to make quick decisions. On the contrary, Jack was decisive, yet not very logical or civil. Finally, Piggy was the intelligent advisor, however he lacked the charisma and appearance to get his ideas accepted by the group. Ralph was a logical and influential leader, but lacked the ability to quickly enforce the directions. His logical reasoning process helped in identifying the necessities for life. For example, he valued such necessities as fire and shelter above everything else. These were the necessities that would have led them to a stable and civilized society on the island. However, although Ralph had the right ideas, he was not too quick or efficient in getting them done. In fact, the fire was often let out. Similarly, the shelters were something that seemed there to be done until there was something more exciting, at which point the shelters were left uncompleted. Without direction, the boys on the island often went to do things that were fun. This lack of direction was not at all due to a lack of power. The boys instantly viewed Ralph as a leader with his influential looks and speech. For instance, when Ralph said ââ¬Å"fireâ⬠, the boys went running towards the woods to build a fire. This kind of authority over the boys was exceptionally important for getting things done, unfortunately Ralph did not use his authority to its fullest. As can be seen, Ralph had the power and logic to do things, yet he lacked the decisiveness to do them quickly. In contrast to Ralph, Jack was an aggressive instigator, who was always quick to act. Jack was an intimidating figure. The boys often feared what he would do should they not listen to him. Similar to Ralph, this control would enable Jack to get things done. Contrary to Ralph, however, Jack used this control. He took his choir with him hunting whenever he saw fit. By being decisive, he could quickly and efficiently get things done. However, his decisiveness was not necessarily a good thing, as Jack was very aggressive in nature. His savage nature influenced the others to let their savage sides come out, most noticeably when they were hunting. They would all paint their faces and carry as little as possible. Since Jack was doing it, it was the thing to do. A good leader would not encourage or intimidate people to let out their aggression. Simply put, Jack was decisive and intimidating, but encouraged the wrong actions in the boys. Last but not least, Piggy was the intelligent advisor to Ralph, yet lacked some important qualities. Piggyââ¬â¢s intelligence was a very important asset to the boys. He knew how things had to be done. Additionally, he had many ideas that would lead the boys to a civilized and safe society. This kind of intelligence is important to any good leadership. Unfortunately, Piggy was not a good public speaker. Not only did he lack the breath to complete a long speech, but he was very shy being a minority group on the island. It is this disadvantage that would prevent him from ever leading, because a good leader must be able to communicate his ideas clearly. Despite not being good at communicating his own ideas, he was open to othersââ¬â¢ ideas. He would consider them and give his own constructive criticism. For example, he agreed with Ralph that fire was important, and suggested that if they could not have a fire on top of the mountain, then to have it by the shore. Any good leader must listen to othersââ¬â¢ ideas as any one person can not have all of the best ideas. Piggyââ¬â¢s intelligence is vital to good leadership. As can be seen, the combined leadership qualities of Ralph, Jack and Piggy would have most likely worked in creating a civilization on the island. Ralphââ¬â¢s logic, appearance, and influential speeches can guide the group to do what is important. Jackââ¬â¢s decisiveness can get the important things done quickly and efficiently. Finally Piggyââ¬â¢s intelligence would provide important information as to how to accomplish various goals, and would keep the island in a civilized manner. None of the boys could have led the group towards a working society by themselves. In conclusion, after understanding this dispersement of leadership qualities in Lord of the Flies, can ità really be said that any single person is a good leader?

All of the cities were in ruin and it was in the ashes of the former glory that it had once been in. the German people had to try and rebuild their destroyed country. But this was incredibly hard due to the fact that the treaty of Versailles was squeezing what little amount of revenue they were able to generate in the economy. Germany had to do something, they needed something or someone to bring them back to their former glory and help them become a major power in the world again. Soon they would get just what they needed. On April 20, 1889 Adolf Hitler was born in Austria. He was born to a fairly poor family, especially his mother. It was known that his father wouldâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦He had something to fight against for the country he so much loved. He joined the Bavarian army and would go the front lines. He was hit early on with gas and was brought back to Germany. He would never make it past the ran k of private first class because his leaders said he lacked the proper leadership skills even though he had extreme determination. When Germany was beaten in 1918, Hitler would return to Munich. He was torn apart by this defeat. It hurt him incredibly that the thing he loved the most would get beaten. He had looked forward to this war and it had been taken from him. The war had made his love for his country so much stronger than it had been before. He would blame Germany losing the war on the Jewish and Marxist peoples that were living in Germany. Hitler would stay in the army through 1920 when the German workers party would be renamed the National Socialist German Workers, More commonly referred to as the Nazi party. Then in 1921 Adolf would be named the chairman of the Nazi party. It was probably due to the fact that he had amazing speaking skills. He could capture entire crowds at one time with his words. He was such a skilled speaker that he had the entire Nazi party already ra llied around him. With his extreme hatred for democracy and everything that he stood for, he spoke about the evils of it and how Germany should avoid it at all costs. He would do political rally after political rally until he had a huge

The Definition of Falling Action in Literature
The falling action in a work of literature is the sequence of events that follow the climax and end in the resolution. The falling action is the opposite of the rising action, which leads up to the plots climax. Five-Part Story Structure Traditionally, there are five segments to any given plot: exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution. Exposition is the early section of the story, giving audiences information about the status quo when we first join the characters and plot. This section will often contain backstory or information about how things currently are, so that when the rest of the plot is set into motion, the change (and the stakes) is clear. Rising action typically happens after some sort of inciting incident, which shakes up the status quo presented in the exposition and requires the characters to launch into a new journey, off of the expected path. During this section of the story, characters will encounter new obstacles and continually increasing stakes, all moving towards the biggest moment of conflict in the whole story, called the climax. The climax may be one of two moments: it may be a moment in the middle of the story that serves as a point of no return (Shakespeare plays are a great example of this format), or it may be the final battle type of moment near the end of the story. The placement of the climax matters less than the content: this should be the single greatest moment of change and conflict for the hero. Falling action follows the climax and is the exact inverse of rising action. Instead of a series of events that increase in intensity, falling action is a series of events that follow the biggest conflict and show the fallout, whether good or bad. The falling action is the connective tissue between the climax and the resolution, showing how we get from that major moment to the way the story ends. Purpose of Falling Action In general, falling action demonstrates the consequences of the climax. Following the climax, the story will head in a different direction as a direct result of the choices made during the climax. The falling action, therefore, follows that part of the story and depicts the way those choices affect the characters going forward. Falling action will often de-escalate the dramatic tension following the climactic moment. This doesnt mean that it lacks conflict or dramatic tension, only that its aimed in a different direction. The momentum of the story is no longer accelerating towards a moment of confrontation, but instead moving towards a conclusion. New complications are less likely to be introduced, at least not ones that will re-escalate the stakes or change the direction of the story; by the time a plot reaches the falling action, the ending is in sight. Examples of Falling Action in Literature There are many examples of falling action in literature because almost every story or plot requires a falling action to reach a resolution. Most storylines, whether in a memoir, novel, play, or movie have aà falling action thatà helpsà the plot progress toward its end. If you see some titles here that you recognize, but havent read them yet, then beware! These examples contain spoilers.à Harry Potter and the Sorcererââ¬â¢s Stone In Harry Potter and the Sorcererââ¬â¢s Stone, by J.K. Rowling, the falling action occurs after Harry faces Professor Quirrell and Voldemort, which would be considered the climax (the moment of greatest dramatic tension and conflict). He survives the encounter and is whisked away to the hospital wing, where Dumbledore explains more information about Voldemorts vendetta and what dangers Harry is likely to face in the future. Little Red Riding Hood In the fairy tale/folk taleà Little Red Riding Hood, the story reaches its climax when the wolf announces that he will eat the young protagonist. The series of events that happen after this conflict to lead to the resolution are the falling actions. In this case, Little Red Riding Hood screams out, and woodcutters from the forest come running to the grandmothers cottage. The story isnt yet resolved, but these falling actions are leading to its resolve.à Romeo and Julietà A final example is depicted in the classic playà Romeo and Julietà by William Shakespeare. Traditionally, Shakespeare plays correspond the five elements of plot to each of the five acts, meaning that Act 4 in a Shakespeare play will contain the falling action. After the climactic moment in the play, the street fight where Tybalt kills Mercutio and Romeo kills Tybalt, then flees, the falling action indicates that the plot is headed toward a sad, but unavoidable, resolution. Juliets feelings are confused between her love for her new secret husband, who is banished from Verona and mourning her beloved cousin who just died by Romeos hand. The decision she makes to take the sleeping potion is a direct result of the deadly fight and Romeos exile, and it leads towards the tragic resolution of the conflict.

As a effect they are non routinely integrated into the work of the wider public wellness household. Whilst it is ill-defined why this should be, it has been acknowledged that they have the potency of playing a important function in protecting and bettering population wellness, placing forms of disease and supplying wellness and societal surveillance information to public wellness organic structures ( Department of Health 2005a ; RPSGB 2003 ) . We will write a custom essay sample on Contributions Of Community Pharmacies Health And Social Care Essay or any similar topic only for you Order Now The function of the community pharmaceutics in public wellness remains to be to the full exploited, even though they have been progressively involved in wellness betterment activities such as services aimed at smoking surcease, sexual wellness and substance abuse services, etc, as laid out in the contractual model for community pharmaceuticss ( DOH 2005b ) . An of import country of public wellness where community pharmaceuticss have been least involved is in wellness protection, and they have the potencies of complementing present attempts in surveillance of infective diseases and supplying support to affected population during an eruption. In Wales, wellness protection is one of the cardinal duties of the Public Health Wales ( PHW ) Health Protection unit and the Catching Disease Surveillance Centre ( CDSC ) is the arm responsible for surveillance of infective diseases, support for outbreak probes and proviso of wellness intelligence and applied research ( NPHS Wales, 2007 ) . Soon, there are no enterprises or policies to officially prosecute the wellness protection unit of the Public Health Wales and community pharmaceuticss to work together on wellness protection whereby everyday intelligence and surveillance information are exchanged ( NPHS Wales, 2007 ) . These surveillances information could be in signifier of supervising tendencies of nonprescription ( OTC ) gross revenues informations ( e.g anti-diarrhoeal, anti-fungal, cold and cough redresss, etc. ) to observe eruptions, and routinely supplying community pharmaceuticss with eruptions and surveillance studies to enable them supply support to affected population. Policy Framework Analysis: In order to accomplish a successful policy alteration, a prospective policy analysis of the issue at manus ( Analysis for policy ) , which is iterative and dynamic will be undertaken ( Buse. 2005 ) . The diagram below high spots the different facets of the policy analysis and is explained in inside informations under the policy headings ââ¬â content, context, histrions and procedure. Need for alteration ( Policy Content ) : There is a demand to germinate the functions of the wellness protection units and CDSC of PHW to include everyday communicating with community pharmaceuticss in order to better their effectivity in surveillance and sensing of infective diseases eruptions and protection of population wellness in Wales. This formal battle of community pharmaceuticss with the PHW Health Protection unit is of import as a consequence of increasing cognition and consciousness of its possible benefits. During the eruption of E. Coli O157 in South Wales in September 2005 which affected about 150 people ( with 1 decease recorded ) , the pharmaceutics squad of the so NPHS Wales noted anecdotal studies that community druggists had been consulted with respects to the sale of anti-diarrhoeal readyings ( Walker 2009 ) . Besides during the eruption of viral pinkeye in South Wales in August 2006, GPs and community pharmaceuticss were advised against the usage of ophthalmic Chloromycetin and there was grounds of public wellness protection by those pharmaceuticss that acted on the advice ( Hinchliffe and Walker 2008 ) . These are arrows to the fact that community pharmaceuticss can play a important function in public wellness protection. Policy Context ; Public or authorities policy has been described as a determination that a authorities decides or decides non to do ( Dye 2001 ) . In the current political context in Wales since degeneration in 1999, the WAG has adopted the ââ¬Å" citizens ââ¬Ë theoretical account â⬠of wellness service bringing where the populace have rights and duties in both having wellness services, and guaranting handiness of the services to everyone ( Welsh Assembly Government 2004 ; Beecham Report 2006 ) . Therefore, the current policy environment in Wales can be said to be pluralist and the major contextual factors asking a demand for alteration at this point in clip are structural and endogenous in nature. These include the acknowledgment by the UK Department of Health ( 2005a ) that community pharmaceuticss are untapped resources in protecting public wellness and the committednesss of the Welsh Assembly Government in its One Wales a progressive docket for the authorities of Wales, which aims to protect the wellness of the population with one of its wellness precedences of beef uping public wellness services ( Welsh Assembly Government 2007 ) . Furthermore, improved electronic connectivity in community pharmaceuticss ( RPSGB, 2008 ) will let for easy and speedy transmittal and reception of informations and information for surveillance activities. Last, addition in the cognition that early sensing and control of infective diseases outbreaks in the population through an efficient surveillance system significantly reduces its load on the wellness of the population and saves costs of intervention and infirmary admittance, therefore bettering public assurance in the authorities. Policy Stakeholders ( Actors ) : This measure involves placing the policy histrions and understanding their place and involvements with regard to the issue of affecting community pharmaceuticss in PHW ââ¬Ës wellness protection ( Buse, 2005 ) . This is of import in order to accomplish alteration and guarantee its successful execution and sustainability. Welsh Assembly Government: Is a cardinal stakeholder in doing and implementing the policy by presenting the policy instrument in the signifier of an official statement and/or ordinance. The undermentioned histrions in the WAG include: The Department of Health and Social Services: oversees all wellness related maps in Wales including ââ¬Å" reding the Welsh Assembly Government in puting policies and schemes for wellness and societal attention in Wales â⬠( Welsh Assembly Government, 2010a ) and is cardinal in decision-making with respects to O.K.ing the policy and presenting the policy instrument on behalf of the authorities. The Department of Public Health and Health Professions ( DPHHP ) : headed by the Chief Medical Officer for Wales, reports to the Department of Health and Social Services and has the aim of protecting the wellness of the peoples and being prepared for wellness exigencies ( WAG 2010b ) . You read "Contributions Of Community Pharmacies Health And Social Care Essay" in category "Essay examples" Chief Health Professionals: including the main medical officer, main pharmaceutical advisor and others who provide expert cognition in public wellness and related specializer countries to the WAG and other external organic structures to protect and better public wellness. Public Health Wales ( PHW ) : In October 2009, the new NHS trust established by the WAG became operational, integrating the maps and services provided by the NPHS Wales, Wales Centre for Health ( WCfH ) , WCISU and the Screening Services Wales. PHW is to supply resources, advice and information to the WAG, and all Wales NHS Trusts, Local Health boards, etc, enabling them to transport out their statutory public Health maps ( Public Health Wales 2009 ) . Its Health protection unit has as one of its strategic ends to cut down the impact of infective diseases and exigencies in the population and delivers this through its Health Protection Teams and the Centre for Communicable Diseases Surveillance ( CCDS ) among others ( NPHS Wales, 2007 ) . The PHW is a cardinal histrion in accomplishing successful policy alterations since they will be straight involved in the execution of the policy. Public Health Consultants in Wales: including Advisers in Catching Diseases and Control would be portion of the policy alteration procedure in obtaining experts inputs in their assorted specialised Fieldss, and most particularly pharmaceutical public wellness advisers would be chief advocators and innovators of the policy alteration. Community Pharmacy Wales ( CPW ) : is the local pattern forum for Wales and is possibly the most important stakeholder as community pharmaceuticss are at the other terminal of the spectrum for execution and the policy alteration affects them straight and the manner they operate. CPW represents the involvements of the over 700 community pharmaceuticss in Wales and are recognized by the WAG as the negociating organic structure on behalf of pharmaceutics contractors, taking the function from the PSNC ââ¬Ës Welsh commission following degeneration ( CPW, [ no day of the month ] ) . Nation-wide Chain Pharmacy Stores: These are peculiarly of import stakeholders since their operations span across the different UK states and are likely to hold an integrated IT system for staff and information direction. Their positions are of import since they represent a big ball of community pharmaceuticss, for illustration in Wales of the 714 community pharmaceuticss, 91 are owned by Boots ( Walker 2009 ) . Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain ( RPSGB ) : is the regulative and professional organic structure for druggists and pharmaceutics technicians in the Britain with primary aims ââ¬Å" to take, modulate, develop and stand for the profession of pharmaceutics â⬠( RPSGB, 2010a ) . Since more than half of the over 2300 druggists in Wales work in the community ( RPSGB, 2010b ) , the RPSGB is an of import histrion in stand foring their involvements and in guaranting that the policy is successfully made and implemented. The Welsh Centre for Pharmacy Professional Education ( WCPPE ) : is an operational unit of the Welsh School of pharmaceutics, Cardiff University and provides go oning professional development chances ( CPD ) for the pharmaceutics squad in Wales ( WCPPE, 2010 ) . The WCPPE is of import as a policy histrion in fashioning and supplying a CPD programme for community druggists in Wales as a portion of the policy execution procedure in guaranting its success and continuity/sustainability. Faculty of Public Health ( FPH ) : in the UK is the organic structure that sets criterions for public wellness specializers and purposes to advance promotions in public wellness cognition and keep the highest degree of professional criterions ( FPH, 2010 ) . The FPH is a major advocator for public wellness in the UK and hammering an effectual partnership with it in pursing this policy alteration is important for puting the policy on the docket and guaranting that it remains there up till its execution and rating. National Pharmacy Association ( NPA ) : is the trade association for community pharmaceuticss in the UK and aims to stand for, support and protect their involvements ( NPA, 2010 ) . The NPA is a potentially of import histrion in the policy procedure since their place can do or impair the execution of the policy. The Media: Is an first-class agencies of acquiring the issue on the docket and in puting the ball turn overing for treatments among different histrions ( Buse et al 2005 ) . The advocates of the policy alteration may use a sponsored intelligence docudrama particularly foregrounding past effects of eruptions ( including human deaths ) and ways in which the community pharmaceuticss could hold provided of import surveillance information to the PHW and the populace and intervened to supply support to affected population. Other Stakeholders will include: Welsh Medicines Resource Centre ( WeMeReC ) Local Health Boards in Wales Board of Community Health Council in Wales The Media The Welsh Office of Research and Development for Heath and Social Care ( WORD ) As a portion of the policy analysis model, after placing the political histrions, measuring their political powers and measuring their involvements, places and committednesss ( Buse et al, 2005 ) , an abridged stakeholder analysis and sum-up of their power distribution is shown in Table 1 below. Table 1: Stakeholder Analysis ( Varvasovszky and Brugha, ( 2000 ) : Support Against ( Opposition ) Impersonal Welsh Assembly Government ( WAG ) Community Pharmacy Wales ( CPW ) Welsh Centre for Pharmacy Professional Education ( WCPPE ) Public Health Wales ( PHW ) National Pharmacy Association ( NPA ) Media Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain ( RPSGB ) RPSGB WeMeReC Faculty of Public Health ( FPH ) Nation-wide Pharmacy Stores, e.g. Boots Pharmacy Board of Community Health Council in Wales Advisers of Public Health in Wales Local Health Boards in Wales Media Policy Procedure Despite the pluralist nature of the political system in Wales, Luke ââ¬Ës first dimension of power may non capture the full scope of relationships that exists, while his 2nd dimension of power may be utile in explicating the docket puting procedure ( Buse et al. 2005 ) since different policy histrions all have changing powers to protect their involvements. Policy alteration here would use the incrementalist attack which would affect ââ¬Å" puddling through â⬠the policy position quo which will include a new function for the Public Health Wales ( i.e. everyday communicating of surveillance information with community pharmaceuticss ) and community pharmaceuticss ( i.e. supplying OTC gross revenues informations to PHW ) . The four-staged ( additive ) policy procedure ââ¬â docket scene, policy preparation, policy execution and policy rating, provides a utile heuristic device ( Stages Heuristics ) which is utile in explicating the policy procedure, even though it is a cyclical procedure in world ( Hogwood and Gunn 1984 ) . Agenda Setting: Introducing this policy alteration onto the WAG docket may non be achieved following the ââ¬Å" politics-as-usual â⬠attack where the WAG comes to find and acknowledge that there is a major issue to be addressed ( Buse et al. 2005 ) . The Hall ââ¬Ës theoretical account ( 1975 ) cited in Buse et Al ( 2005 ) will be of import in conveying the issue to the attending of the WAG since its legitimacy, feasibleness and support can be deemed as high and pursued by the histrions: Legitimacy ; Expanding the function of community pharmaceuticss to complement current attempts at public wellness protection and affecting them to supply support to affected population after an eruption is a legitimate end in footings of presenting the WAG aim of wellness protection. It is besides underpinned by several studies ( DOH 2005a, RPSGB 2003 ) recommending more engagement of community pharmaceuticss in wellness protection. Feasibility ; Achieving the policy alteration will supply a platform at maximising available resources for wellness protection as the policy alteration will non necessitate any major extra fiscal and human resources in footings of chance costs. It involves spread outing the duties of the PHW wellness protection squads to routinely pass oning with community pharmaceuticss in their local governments and analyzing informations obtained from them as portion of surveillance. It is extremely executable, maximizes finite human and fiscal resources of authorities. Support ; A possible challenge in the policy procedure is acquiring equal support particularly from community pharmaceuticss and their different organic structures. Since its non portion of the contractual model of community pharmaceuticss and no commercial wagess, community pharmaceuticss may look non concerted. However, this challenge can be addressed by equal protagonism and lobbying with the pharmaceutics groups ( CPW, NPA, RPSGB ) and guaranting that support is obtained. From the authorities position, support from the public wellness advisers and civil retainers ( curate, managers, etc. ) would be sought after by the pharmaceutical public wellness advisers and spouses recommending for the alteration. Public Health Consultants in Wales, in peculiar pharmaceutical public wellness advisers would be the title-holder of the policy alteration by first accepting the demand for alteration and propagating the message particularly through the media. Health Protection Unit of the PHW who are a portion of the policy implementers would be involved in this early phase to guarantee their support, while other parts of the PHW including the Public Health Strategic Management Group would be carried along. Community pharmaceuticss on the other manus may turn out hard ab initio, but strong protagonism and usage of political resources available particularly through the RPSGB would guarantee cooperation. Advocacy by druggists and advisers working within PHW to the RPSGB, CPW and NPA and the usage of informal meetings and formal unit of ammunition table treatments between these stakeholders will guarantee support. The support of the FPH would be required since it plays a important function in protagonism for public wellness policy alteration ( FPH, 2010 ) . Policy Formulation Once the issue gets on the authorities docket, a series of complex activities takes topographic point within the policy web ( procedure and histrions ) , with the histrions exerting their political powers and resources to prosecute their involvements in the policy. The usage of public audience is a tool often used by the WAG ( Strategic Policy Unit ) in policy devising procedures, which would convey the policy web together to consider and supply proficient information on the policy. At this phase and based on dialogues, the concluding inside informations and accommodations of the policy alteration would be made before it is formulated. Policy preparation takes topographic point by passage of the policy through an appropriate policy instrument which in this instance may be done through the issue of an official policy statement/circular by the Minister of Health and Social Services. This policy so flows down the hierarchy of the civil service and NHS to the PHW which so implements it. Community pharmacies either through the CPW, RPSGB and/or NPA will besides publish policy statements to all its members to move as appropriate with the PHW. Further reappraisals and treatments at a ulterior clip during and after ratings have been carried out may so take to farther dialogue and determination on whether or non to include the policy in the community pharmaceutics contractual model. Policy Execution Execution is the most of import facet of the policy procedure since it is where alteration is expected to happen. Using the ââ¬Å" Bottom-Up â⬠attack would affect the implementers ; in this instance the PHW Health Protection Unit and community pharmaceuticss ( CPW ) , to interact in the political procedure of execution ( Buse, 2005 ) . Conflicts are bound to originate during execution but it is of import in placing challenges and supplying feedbacks for rating and for alteration of attack. The ââ¬Å" Top-down â⬠attack to policy execution would be used to sketch the administrative and managerial facets including sketching ends and schemes, and delegating quantitative marks to guarantee that the policy bringing can be monitored and evaluated to place countries for betterment. Execution of the policy may merely bring forth a fringy incremental alteration which is easy to supervise and requires really small human and fiscal resources. Successful execution is an iterative procedure which and requires regular inputs and active engagement of the members of the policy web.
